Other ways
Three steps, in that order
The first asks what kind of session, which city, and a date — even a vague one. That is what decides whether we are free and at what price. The second asks how many people, where, and roughly what you had in mind spending. The third asks how to reach you.
The order is not decorative: it means you never hand over your details before finding out whether we can do the thing you came for.
You can stop halfway
Every completed step reaches us immediately. Close the tab after the first one and we still know which service interests you and for which city. Most forms lose exactly that, because they wait for a final button.
Writing from another country
Say which days you are actually in France and where you are staying. Those two facts do more to shape a workable answer than anything else, because they decide which hours are usable and how far we can sensibly go.
If your dates are still moving, say that too. We would rather hold a rough week than have you wait until everything is certain and find the Saturday gone.
What an answer actually contains
A date we can hold, the hours we would suggest for it, and a figure. Not a brochure and not a range so wide it commits nobody. Where the hours depend on the light — which is most of the time — the proposal says at what time we would start and why, so you can judge the answer rather than take it on trust.
If we cannot do it, the reply says so in the first line and, where we can, names the week that would work instead.
What we do with it
We read it, check availability and answer with a priced proposal. No automated follow-up, no sequence, no signing up to anything. If the answer does not suit you there is nothing to cancel.
Retention and your rights are described in the privacy policy — in French, because that is the language it is enforceable in.
Other ways
The WhatsApp button on each service page opens a conversation with the service and city already filled in. It is the fastest route for a short question.
For price alone, the pricing page needs no exchange at all, and the about page explains how the team works before you commit to talking to it.
Questions
Frequently asked
What happens if I fill in the first step and stop?
We receive it, marked incomplete. If you left a way to reach you we can follow up; if not, it only tells us what visitors are looking for. Nothing is lost and nothing is chased.
How quickly do you really answer?
Within 24 hours. That figure is written in one place in the whole site and matches what the team can hold, weekends included. If it ever changes it changes everywhere at once.
Will my details go anywhere else?
No. They are used to answer you and to write a quote. The only intermediaries are our host, our internal messaging and the form’s anti-bot check, all named in the privacy policy.
Can I pay a deposit from outside the euro area?
Yes, by card or international transfer. The invoice is issued in euros with the details an overseas accountant tends to ask for.
